Rice Diet Lose Up To 7 Pounds In 3 Weeks
The original purpose of this diet was to reduce blood pressure, blood sugar control, improve the health of kidneys. For its effects on weight reduction, this diet began to be used for weight loss.
The use of this diet begins back in 1939, and its creator, Dr. Walter Kempner.
Breakfast is always the same:
A cup of rice boiled in water without salt and sugar. Because of the taste, you can squeeze a little lemon juice and add a little olive oil. During the dies cook brown rice.
For snack you can eat fruit you desire.
Lunch the first seven days:
A cup of rice, a cup of beans, peas or lentils, a piece of whole wheat bread. Use more spices and less salt.
Again you can eat some mix of fruits.
Dinner for the first seven days:
A cup of rice and 150 grams of lean meat (chicken or turkey breast, fish). Do not put salt on the meat. You can eat a thin slice of whole wheat bread.
Lunch and dinner the next seven days:
A cup of rice, a piece of whole-wheat bread.
The third week is equal to the first except that you can add milk and a snack between lunch and dinner (200 ml milk or small fruit yogurt).
For three weeks you can loose 7 to 10 pounds.
