Day 1

  • Lunch time (between 1 to 1:30 pm): A large bowl honeydew melon or watermelon and 1-2 glasses of water

  • In the evening (6 to 6: 30 pm): 1 glass of fresh coconut water

  • At lunch (1 to 1:30 pm): Prepare salad of 1 tomato , 1 cucumber with 1 boiled beet you can add just lit bit salt for taste, Drink 1 or 2 glass of fresh water
  • Tea Time (4 to 4: 30 pm): Enjoy two fresh tomatoes again and drink 1 to 2 glasses of water.
  • Evening time (6 to 6: 30 pm): Have a glass of tomato and spinach mixed juice
  • At dinner (between 8.30 to 9 pm): A bowl of boiled pumpkin mixed with salt or some spices and drink two glasses of water.

Remember on the Day Two you will have to eat only and only vegetables.

Day 3

  • Breakfast (between 8.30 to 9 am): 1 fresh apple and two glasses of fresh water
  • Late Morning (10:30 am to 11 am): One bowl (medium size) of papaya and two glasses of water
  • At lunch (1 to 1:30 pm): Prepare salad of 1 tomato , 1 cucumber with 1 boiled beet you can add just lit bit salt for taste, Drink 1 or 2 glass of fresh water
  • Tea Time (4 to 4: 30 pm): 1 fresh orange and 2 glasses of water
  • In the evening (6 to 6: 30 pm): A glass of tomato and spinach mixed juice or 1 naseberry (cheekoo)
  • At dinner (from 8.30 to 9 pm): A bowl of boiled pumpkin mixed with salt or some spices and drink two glasses of water.

Keep in Mind on Day Three Eat only fruits or vegetables.

Day 4

  • Breakfast (between 8.30 to 9 am): Half a glass of skimmed milk and two glasses of water
  • Late Morning (10:30 to 11am): 1 banana and two glasses of fresh water
  • At lunch (1 to 1:30 pm): 1 glass of skimmed milk and two glasses of water
  • Tea Time (4 to 4: 30 pm): 1 banana and two glasses of water
  • In the evening (6 to 6: 30 pm): 1 banana
  • At dinner (from 8.30 to 9 pm): A glass of milk sugar and 1 banana is optional

On the day fourth you have to consume only skimmed milk without sugar and banana.

Day 5

  • Breakfast (between 8.30 to 9am): 1 bowl (small size) Brown Rice and 1 or 2 glasses of water
  • Late Morning (10:30 to 11 am): 2 fresh tomatoes and 2 glasses of fresh water
  • At lunch (1 to 1:30 pm): 1 bowl (medium size)brown rice with tomato gravy and drink 2 glasses of fresh water
  • Tea Time (4 to 4: 30 pm): 2 tomatoes with cumin added salt and 2 glasses of water
  • In the evening (6 to 6: 30 pm): 1 glass just lemon water although you can add lit salt if you want
  • At dinner (between 8.30 to 9 pm): 1 bowl of Brown Rice

Day 6

  • Breakfast (between 8.30 to 9 am): Yes today also we are starting day with 1 bowl (small size) Brown Rice and 1 or 2 glasses of water
  • Late Morning mile (10:30 to 11 am): have 2 tomatoes and enjoy two glasses of water
  • At lunch (1 to 1:30 pm): 1 bowl brown rice with other green and fresh vegetables and two glasses of water
  • Tea Time (4 to 4: 30 pm): Two cucumbers with cumin added salt and 2 glasses of water
  • In the evening (6 to 6: 30 pm): Enjoy one glass of lemon water you can add salt if you want
  • At dinner (between 8.30 to 9 pm): It going to be a yummy salad dinner and you deserve it. Take 1 boiled beet, 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 tomato and green Cabbage leaf and prepare colourful salad, add some salt and spices and now send it to my home I love salad just kidding …enjoy it.

You should remember on the day six eat only brown rice, green vegetables and tomato no fruits please.

Day 7

  • Breakfast (between 8.30 to 9 am): 1 bowl (small size) Brown Rice and 1 to 2 glasses of fresh water.
  • Late Morning (10:30 to 11 am): 2 fresh tomatoes and two glasses of fresh water
  • At lunch (1 to 1:30 pm): 1 bowl (medium size)brown rice with other fresh and green vegetables and two glasses of fresh water
  • Tea Time (4 to 4: 30 pm): Two cucumbers with cumin added salt and 1 -2 glasses of water
  • In the evening (6 to 6: 30 pm): 1 glass of fresh lemon water with honey or any light fresh juice
  • At dinner (between 8.30 to 9 pm): So it’s final step of diet 1 boiled beetroot, 1 cucumber, 1 carrots salad and 1-2 glasses of water.

Note: It is not advisable to go back in the old lifestyle and eating habits. Consume healthy food and exercise regularly.
